Description

The Multigauge 6000 UT drone thickness gauge is designed specifically for mounting on drones or unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). Measurements are transmitted wirelessly and in real time to a PC or laptop up to 500 meters away . The lightweight drone thickness gauge comes with a plastic probe to further reduce weight.

The Tritex Multigauge 6000 Drone thickness gauge is the first commercially available thickness gauge for mounting on a drone. This thickness gauge has been developed and successfully installed over the years. Designed for easy integration, it wirelessly transmits accurate measurements, excluding coatings, up to 500 meters away. These are displayed in a special software, where readings can be stored in a grid or string format, which is fully customizable.

The meter comes with a lightweight plastic probe and an optional probe holder and wet money dispenser, which are controlled wirelessly through the Communicator software, to accurately apply gel to the surface of the probe if necessary.

Multiple Echo technology ignores coatings up to 6 mm thick, measuring only the metallic substrate. All probes feature Intelligent Probe Recognition (IPR), which automatically adjusts settings in the meter while sending recognition data.

The result is a perfectly matched probe and meter for enhanced performance. In addition, the Automatic Measurement Verification System (AMVS) ensures that only true readings are displayed, even on the most heavily corroded metals.
