The vibration level switches of the LevelSwitch series are reliable control devices for detecting the level of all types of powdery, granular and granular materials in silos and tanks. In addition to the positive characteristics of vibration technology, this product series offers the following advantages in particular:

• High sensitivity: bulk materials with a minimum density as low as 20 grams per liter can be detected.
• Also suitable for coarse-grained bulk materials with a maximum grain size of up to 40 mm.
• Robust design: the patented reinforced membrane can withstand high vertical and lateral forces.
• No faulty switching due to trapped filling material: the vibration system of the LevelSwitch is designed so that only one rod comes into contact with the medium to be detected. This avoids bridging, a common cause of faulty switching in so-called vibrating forks.
• No faulty switching due to deposits on the vibration rod or cavity formation: the unique diamond-shaped cross-section of the vibration rod allows the filler material to drain away easily.
• The probes are made entirely of stainless steel, and the readout electronics are housed in a pressure-cast aluminum housing (IP66/67).
• The devices are also available with ATEX approval for use in explosive environments due to flammable substances or gases.
